Operating an amusement park and a pier, Jolly Roger features traditional amusement park attractions like roller coasters and midway games in addition to Splash Mountain Waterpark, Speedworld (Go Karts), and a pair of miniature golf courses. The pier operation features a ferris wheel; slingshot; roller coasters; and french fry stands known as "Thrashers French Fries" which are extremely popular.

Jolly Roger is using CenterEdge to interface with Embed card readers used by ride attendants to check customers' pre-purchased stored value cards, deducting fees for access to the ride. This helps keep cash in a few concentrated locations where the cards are sold and reduces the risk of employee theft by ride attendants – many of them young adults and teens – manning the attractions.
