In addition to the Outer Banks Bluegrass Festival, Raleigh will be hosting plenty of bluegrass music during the International Bluegrass Music Association’s annual conference September 24-28. During this event, called the World of Bluegrass, there will be a Bluegrass Ramble for conventioneers and fans on stages at five nightclubs plus the Raleigh Convention Center.
