Happy Fix Launches Happy Notes Newsletter

THE PEAK OF GOOD LIVING: APEX, N.C.  – Triangle-based positive lifestyle company Happy Fix® has published the first issue of its Happy Notes newsletter updating the company’s growing number of Happbassadors -- Happiness Ambassadors -- on recent activities of America's happiest startup. The newsletter is one in a series of outreach efforts by Happy Fix to educate people that with positive thinking and focused action they can build the happiest lives possible.

The Spring 2015 issue of Happy Notes provides updates on recent Happy Fix activities including the successful launch of the Triangle Happy Fix Meetup Group, with over 90 members eager to share resources and information on living positively in the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill, NC area. The Group has held three meetings so far with enthusiastic attendees and engaging guest speakers like Michelle Hill presenting Self-Limiting Beliefs: 5 Ways to Break Through and Live Your Genuine Life; wellness coach and yoga instructor Samantha Attard discussing how happy and healthy go together at the intersection of physical and emotional health; and most recently Katherine Broadway, a licensed professional counselor examining how to learn to like yourself.

Other items covered in Happy Notes include results of the "What's Your Springtime Happy Fix?" Snapfest; popular Happy Fix blog posts about life, health, wellness and how positive thinking creates a life that's incredible; and how and Happy Fix merchandise made its way into two Triangle-area Hallmark stores this spring enabling area shoppers to get their hands on T-shirts, caps, mugs and magnets. These and other Happy Fix products serve as a constant reminder that people have a choice to accept the gift of happiness and positivity, whether having a good day or a rough one, while giving people the opportunity to share that message with family, friends, and others in their communities.

Future newsletter issues will detail exciting new changes and resources coming this summer to help people live more positive lives with a focus on physical, mental, spiritual, civic and occupational well-being.
